Lionel "Lucky" Brown is the name of the millionaire who designed and sponsored the site dubbed Last Call Poker. He put $5 million into launching it and keep it going from beyond the grave.
A reason for this charity is that Brown had a winning poker hand at the end of World War II, which gave him the seed money for his fortune.
